The Citrus County Classifieds Terms of Use (TOU)

Introduction. Welcome to www.thecitruscountyclassifieds.com ("TheCCC"). Thanks for stopping by. By accessing TheCCC you are agreeing to the following terms, which are designed to make sure that TheCCC works for everyone. This policy is effective 11/01/2007.

When using the www.thecitruscountyclassifieds.com you should post in the appropriate category or area and refrain from any of the following:

* Violate any Federal, State, Local laws or any of the TheCCC Policies;

* Be false or misleading;

* Infringe upon any third-party right;

* Distribute spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;

* Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm TheCCC or the interests or property of TheCCC users;

* Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of TheCCC

* Copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;

* Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses without their consent;

* By-pass measures used to prevent or restrict access to TheCCC.

Abuse of TheCCC. Please use the Reporting system or forum boards to tell us about any problems or offensive content so that together we can keep the site working properly. We may limit or terminate our service, remove hosted content and take technical and legal steps to keep users off TheCCC if we think that they are creating problems or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. However, whether we decide to take any of these steps, remove hosted content or keep a user off TheCCC or not, we do not accept any liability for monitoring TheCCC or for unauthorized or unlawful content on TheCCC or use of TheCCC by users.

Fees and Services. We do charge very nominal fees for some of our services. Our fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD), and we may change them from time to time. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the internal substantive laws of the State of Florida as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Florida between Florida residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against TheCCC LLC. must be resolved by a court located in Citrus County Florida. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Citrus County, Florida for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.. If we don't enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any of these terms, the remaining terms will survive.

We may automatically assign this agreement in our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below. Except for notices relating to illegal or infringing content, your notices to us must be sent by registered mail to TheCCC LLC., at the above address. We will send notices to you via the email address you provide, or by registered mail. Notices sent by registered mail will be deemed received five days following the date of mailing. We may update this agreement at any time, with updates taking effect when you next post or after 30 days, whichever is sooner.
