Thanks for asking Dan. Prices are down and sellers want offers. I say BUY NOW! The market is great for buyers. There are also some great programs for mortgages. Citrus County offers SHIPP down payment assistance for those that qualify. There are so many opportunities right now, and with tax returns and the economic stimulus package, WHY WAIT!
